It will usually take twelve (12) hours or less to get you verified and approved before you can buy leads for your desired lead generation campaign. Auto-Ship Orders and Cancellation Details
Cancellation of auto-ship orders may be done within two (2) days prior to the next auto-ship date. Please note that while we DO NOT encourage cancellation of orders, we cannot prevent some customers from doing so. Therefore, installment and order of leads made for the week are considered Final for that particular week. If for some reason you decide to cancel auto ship orders, the cancellation will apply for any week following such.
How We Generate Our Leads
We generate our leads via Banner Ads, Mass Targeted Email Broadcasting (Non SPAM), Online Affiliate and Partnerships, Relationships, and more. Send us an email at our contact us page or call us at (303) 900-2841 for sample campaigns and further inquiries.
Exclusivity of Leads. Are the leads we purchase also sold to anyone else?
The custom leads you purchase from Targeted Traffic Crew are exclusively generated for you and we agree to not sell these generated leads to anyone else for at least thirty (30) days. If you prefer that we do not resell the leads ever to anyone else, we will do so when you opt to order and purchase for “Premium” leads.
All Leads Are “Opt-in”
Each and every lead purchased from us is generated via “opt-in”. You can be assured that these are people who have responded to our advertisement campaigns and voluntarily filled out the opt-in email form to request for information.
Lead Supplier and End-User Responsibility
Targeted Traffic Crew, being the lead supplier, is responsible for providing qualified leads to clients. So far, none of our leads ever complained about us spamming because we don’t send out one and the same mail more than five (5) times a day and neither do we send inappropriate advertisements to them. Our clients, being the end user, must have the sole responsibility to the leads they are provided with, making sure that remove requests from subscriptions to e-mail or newsletters are always available and granted to those who request to opt-out. Likewise, the end-users have the responsibility to not abuse the leads in such a way that they will not be accused of spamming.
Lead Formats
In most cases, our leads are delivered REAL TIME in your designated account inbox after the prospect hits the Submit button on the opt-in form. You are given access to the account administration area where you can check and comment in our system, or you can download to .csv. There may be other files (from lists that we are renting) that are delivered in several formats but rest assured that we put our best efforts to provide you with leads that are produced in their most widely acceptable formats (i.e., plain text, comma delimited, Excel, Access, etc.) for your convenience.
What To Do With Invalid Leads
While we do our best to provide you with only the valid and qualified leads, should you find any lead you consider to be invalid, please do return it to us for replacement or credit to your account.

Return Policy
Are you getting a single lead with a bad or faulty e-mail address and a phone number you can’t use? Our return policy gives you every right to send it back for lead replacement or credit to your account. While we do include phone numbers in every lead that we send you, we do recommend that you use e-mail for best performance.
